SLOW FOOD SUSTAINABLE FISH DINNER

Hong Kong's leading Scandinavian seafood restaurant FINDS (An acronym from Finland, Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden)  remains committed to serving sustainable fish/seafood, and chef Jaakko Sorsa has invited us back for another evening of piled-high platters! 

He will prepare a special menu of light, modern Nordic dishes including salmon three ways with scallops and mussels; shrimp toasts; and poached John Dory.
